MashApp is a mobile app where anyone can create mashups of popular songs by remixing the vocals, drums, bass, and other instruments. As one of the first apps to secure licenses with all major labels, MashApp unlocked a massive library of popular songs for users to remix. But to fully realize this potential, MashApp needed high-quality, isolated stems, as original multitracks were not always available.
MashApp integrated AudioShake’s AI stem separation technology to extract studio-quality stems directly from fully mixed tracks. This allows users to separate songs into individual components and remix them easily and creatively–no studio or experience required.
