# DADABOTS

###### Dadabots, a.k.a. Zack and CJ, met at Berklee College, back when they used to play real instruments in human bands. Now their music is created entirely with neural nets. Their musicianship has since deteriorated, and they are embarrassingly out of practice. Zack sold his drums for an RTX3090 GPU. CJ's calluses are so soft it hurts to turn the amp on. Their AI generates audio in mono, and it's NOISY AF. To create a stereo mix, they use source separation nets like AudioShake (it works well even on neural synthesized metal!) to split the instruments out. Next they widen guitars, sharpen drum transients, and replace the vocalist with an ALIEN.

> “Yup. AudioShake gives AI music producers a tool to manipulate individual instruments, crucial for moving beyond deep fakes into creating entirely new subgenres (like alien-bursting-from-your-chest-core).”
